Water’s Edge

 

We are working with the Housing Authority of Joliet in redeveloping an existing site with 124 townhomes.  The 6.9 acre site will be redeveloped to include 69 family units including a mix of attached and detached single family dwellings as well as a new clubhouse.  The Housing Authority has been awarded 9% LIHTC and we are finalizing permit drawings for a late summer/early fall 2016 groundbreaking.
