#9 Design/La Mancha Construction is a design-build architecture/general contracting firm specializing in the creation and renovation of multi-family housing developments in Illinois and the Midwest.  The core group was originally formed in 1999 by Dulcinea B. Gillman, AIA and John Cronin. We are the “go to” design-build firm for municipalities, developers, housing authorities and non-profit organizations who desire inventive, creative, efficient, attractive, value adding solutions to their housing needs.
