Proposed adaptive reuse of historic armory site.  Converting armory to shared space.  New market rate multi-famly rental units proposed at perimeter of building.  Includes 24 new townhomes constructed of re-purposed shipping containers.  Providing architectural services to local innovative developer.  Concept pending approval fall, 2016.
