Buena Vista Tower

​Renovation of an existing 9-story building with a total of 96 units for families.  We provided full architectural permit drawings and specifications for approval by IHDA and local building departments.  Construction completed in early 2015.  Our firm provided an additional 1 point to the developer’s 4% LIHTC re-application submitted in July, 2013 via CMS WBE/FBE (female business enterprise) certification.
