Westport Village Apartments

Westport Village consists of 121 family and senior apartments.  Six existing building (33 units) are slated for demolition.  Several new, accessible buildings with approximately 30 senior apartments shall be constructed.  Within six existing buildings there shall be a consolidation of some of the studio and 1 bedroom units.  All other units and the existing office / community building shall be renovated.  Our team provided an additional 1 point to the DeBruler Company/Winnebago County Housing Authority's successful 9% TC application submitted in July, 2015 via CMS WBE/FBE (female business enterprise) certification.
